Pricing

Subscriptions are per seat, per month; the AI credit top-up is a one-time. Prices are taken live from our payment provider.

AI credits

An add-on, not a plan: a single top-up of AI credits for your workspace, valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits are spent as you use the assistant, nothing renews on its own, and you can spend them on AI-capable seats.

Prices are quoted in Polish złoty (PLN) — the same amount in every country.

The price shown is the amount charged: applicable tax in your country is already included, not added at the end. Card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach us.

What is in each plan

Both plans are per seat, per month. The AI assistant is part of Pro; the credit it spends is a separate one-time top-up.

Questions we are asked

If yours is not here, write to us — a person answers.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The demo is a complete worked company with real books, open to anyone, with no sign-up and no card. It is read-only, so you can click through everything without changing anything.

Which set of books can I keep?

KPiR, ryczałt, or full double-entry books. The choice drives which registers, returns, and filings the product keeps for you, so you are not maintaining a book the tax office does not want.

Does it handle KSeF?

Yes, inbound and outbound. A KSeF number is recorded against the invoice it belongs to, so the register and the national system name the same document.

How are the filings produced?

From the registers you already keep. JPK_V7, the VAT returns, PIT, CIT, and ZUS are generated from your own documents rather than re-entered, which is what stops two systems disagreeing about one month.

Who can see my data?

Separation between organizations is enforced by the database itself rather than by application code, so a mistake in the code cannot read across organizations. A support engineer needs a time-boxed grant that you approve, and every entry appears in your own support access log.

What happens if I want to leave?

A full export in an open format, and erasure that reaches backups on a published schedule. Both are yours to run; neither requires asking us.

How is tax on the subscription handled?

The amount shown on the pricing page is the amount charged — the tax due in your country is already included, not added at the end. The subscription is sold through a payment provider that acts as seller of record and handles the tax; your card details go to them and never reach us.
